Pronounced ‘con-kill-iay’, this vegan pasta is made with locally milled wheat flour, using traditional artisan techniques to create a taste that is second to none. It is pressed through bronze dies to give it that important rough surface that sauces cling to. The pasta is then dried slowly overnight to allow robust and wholesome flavours to develop.

These shells are just as amazing for holding the flavour of a rich, Winter ragu as they are for tossing with a fresh tomato sauce on a gorgeous Summer day. It is also highly recommended as the perfect way to elevate a Mac n Cheese.
