At Premote, we provide delivery to all addresses within the UK. The deliveries are handled, currently, by Evri and Royal Mail with shipping costs of £4.00 per delivery. We will strive to confirm and begin the process of shipping your order within 24 hours of the order being placed, at which point the delivery should take 2-4 days to arrive with you.

If your order is delayed, misplaced, or damaged, you may be entitled to a refund. Please get in touch with eddy@premote.co.uk as soon as possible if you believe there is something wrong with your delivery.

If your order is damaged, then please provide photographic proof of the damages as soon as possible. If the damages are confirmed, then we can decide whether you would like a refund, or a replacement sent out to you.

We can only provide refunds if you provide us with proof of purchase. The refund will be sent to the payment card that originally paid for the order; we cannot change this to another card/account.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us, and we will refund you within a week of its return. However, as we are supplying food and drink products, all the products must be in the same condition as we sold them, unopened and undamaged. Please carefully pack the order, ensuring there will not be any breakages and send it to:
