Bring a taste of Italy to your dinner table this summer with this gorgeous side salad. Super simple, but so tasty!

Recipe Method

  • Slice the tomatoes and arrange on a serving plate.
  • Slice the basil leaves.
  • Season the tomatoes generously with salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes.
  • Drizzle over some oil and balsamic.
  • Sprinkle over the basil.
  • This can be served straight away, or it can sit and marinade for an hour or so. Best served at room temperature.
  • Slice the ciabatta, drizzle with oil, add salt & pepper before toasting under a grill.
  • When the ciabatta is ready, rub a garlic clove over the surface of each slice.
  • Serve and enjoy!
