Tomato Salad

- Slice the tomatoes and arrange on a serving plate.
- Slice the basil leaves.
- Season the tomatoes generously with salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes.
- Drizzle over some oil and balsamic.
- Sprinkle over the basil.
- This can be served straight away, or it can sit and marinade for an hour or so. Best served at room temperature.
- Slice the ciabatta, drizzle with oil, add salt & pepper before toasting under a grill.
- When the ciabatta is ready, rub a garlic clove over the surface of each slice.
- Serve and enjoy!
